  • Warranties vary, depending upon the designer. Each designer has their own warranty, which is honored by them. You may be required to register your purchased jewelry with them, but we will be your facilitator in the unlikely event that there should be a problem with our jewelry.

Return Policy

  • Items in original condition may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 30 days of the sale date when accompanied by the original receipt.
  • No cash, check or credit card refunds.
  • No returns on special orders
  • No returns or exchanges on estate, previously owned or clearance items.
  • Before you send back your product you must call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #. Merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA #.
  • Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We Ship All Packages Through UPS

  • We process and ship all orders Monday - Friday.
  • UPS orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
  • Expedited orders such as Next Day or 2nd day placed before 11:00 a.m. PST, will ship out the same business day.
  • You will be charged exact UPS rates. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will ship the next business day.
  • We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • If you know you will not be home during the day it might be better to ship to your work address or a friend's house to ensure you receive your package. UPS will return packages after three unsuccessful attempts to deliver.
  • All product orders are shipped by UPS and require a street address. No P.O. Boxes for product orders.
  • Orders To Hawaii and Alaska will ship UPS 2nd Day at exact rates on the website.
  • Ground rates are available but only on phone orders

  • Exact shipping rates from UPS are displayed in our shopping cart for UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day
  • APO / FPO Military Addresses - We're sorry but we no longer can ship products to APO Boxes due to new strict package guidelines by homeland security regarding UPS.
  • Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the company name. Please check the "Business Address" check box when you type in your shipping address. If your order is missing a suite #, apt. # or has an incorrect address, UPS charges a $5.00 fee. We will pass that $5.00 fee on to you so PLEASE verify your shipping address before placing your order and remember suite numbers if any to avoid a $5 wrong address charge.

Special Orders

  • A special order constitutes any merchandise ordered, custom made or altered at the customerís request.
  • Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Deposits on special orders from the website are 50%.

  • Rest assured that your personal information and credit card transactions are being processed using the highest possible encryption for your protection. You can view our security SSL certificate found on the bottom of all of our shopping pages while ordering and at check out.

Checks or Money Orders

  • We understand that no matter how secure a website can be, some people do not feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card. For this reason we accept checks or money orders. If you would like to order with one of these payment options you must call the store at (707) 578-5224.

Deposits On Special Orders

  • 50% in store . . . non-refundable (exchangeable in store only).
